Rahendra Prasad is a popular Indian actor and producer. He prominently  works in Telugu film industry.  He is one of the versatile and finest comic heroes of Telugu Cinema. He was awarded the title “Nata Kireeti” by the Telugu Alliances of Canada, held at Mississauga. He started his career in supporting roles, later emerged as comedy hero after the success of Ladies Tailor in 1985.  He has bagged several awards like Nandi, South Indian International Movie awards and Cine MAA awards for his best performances. He has also been awarded honorary doctorate from Andhra University.
