Even though we put our 100% effort and heart and soul in making a film, it used to bomb at the box-office. Several factors play key roles in the success of some type of movies, and if they don't fall in the right places, the result varies so far. Here's the list of some of the movies that didn't get what it deserves despite having rich content.

1. YetoVellipoindi Manasu

Gautam Menon's mark love story Yeto Vellipoindi Manasu released very late after postponing many times. Before the release, there were huge expectations on this movie as it's going to be another Yee Maaya Chesave from Gautam Menon. Amidst curiosity and expectations, YVM disappointed the audience and the fans of Natural Star Nani, Samantha, and Gautam despite soulful music by Isaignani Ilayaraja. Yeto Vellipoindi Manasu would have been a much better film if it had released now.

2. Josh

Akkineni Naga Chaitanya is one of the very few actors in the Telugu industry, who comes up with new ideas and new scripts right from the start of his career. His first film itself tells us what type of scripts he chooses in the near future. Chay's debut movie Josh, though didn't do well commercially, but it was critically acclaimed. Chay superbly acted in some scenes, especially the seminar one in his college. Also, J.D. Chakravarthy was outstanding as the lead antagonist. This intense college drama would definitely get tremendous applause if released now. Karthika, daughter of veteran actress Radha played as the heroine in this film, and Vasu Varma is the director.

3. Prasthanam

It's not an exaggeration to tell Dev Katta's Prasthanam is one of the best political films ever made in Indian Cinema. Sai Kumar's spectacular performance as Lokanatham Naidu is a memory forever. Also, it is one of the finest acts of Sharwanad as Mitra in this movie. Moreover, director Dev Katta's screenplay and writing were on top-notch. "Avasaram Kosam Daarulu Thokke Patralu Tappa, Herolu, Villainlu Lerii Natakamlo" how can we forget this super hit dialogue from this movie. But this film deserves more than what it received then.

4. Orange

Mega Power Star Ram charan's Orange was a disaster when it was released, but this movie has all the elements of being a classic. The biggest minus for Orange was coming after the all-time blockbuster Magadheera. After Magadheera, the market range for Ramcharan went peaks, but he came with a soft love story Orange and turned into a big mishap. Bommarillu Bhaskar's unique concept, Ramcharan's killer performance, and Harris Jayaraj's imperishable music, all went in vain.

5. Neninthe

There were a few movies from Puri Jagannadh's filmography which could have a better response from the audience when released. Out of all, Ravi Teja's Neninthe stands first. This film is all about the struggles one faces in the film industry, and Puri showed it flawlessly. This film has repeated the audience when telecasts on TV. The best parts of Neninthe are Hero's attitude and his hard-hitting dialogues.

6. Jagadam

Jagadam was the second film for both Sukumar and Ram Pothineni. Both scored blockbusters with their debut movies Arya and Devadasu respectively. But their second venture Jagadam in 2007, stood as a huge disaster. Sukumar's interesting concept, Ram's energetic performance, and DSP's outstanding album did not impress the people at that time. But Jagadam would certainly become a blockbuster if released in recent times.
